UPDATE: Regarding hi Card re-activation.
Hi, here's a good news coming for y'all. — We're slowly activating cards now, please bear with us if you haven't been activated yet. In case your card is already activated, please be patient if refunds etc. are not coming through right away, we're manually checking a lot of transactions just to be safe. There's no need to send emails to member support or live chat to expedite activation.
- Spend Rewards (Cashback): This will have a delay, credited once the transaction is fully settled with the merchant.
- January rebate: We're bundling them together with February and cross checking everything. Thank you for your continued support and love! ❤️
