UPDATE: Regarding hi Card reactivation.
We’ve made excellent progress on card reactivation and would now have a final testing with a small number of people to help with the last stages.
1. Why is testing necessary?
Stating the obvious, but we’ve made changes that affect nearly every piece of technology, process or partner that a card transaction touches.
2. How long is the test period?
The test period will be approximately 2 days from test start. More updates to come as we go ahead. Thank you!
