📌UPDATE: IF YOUR CARD WAS CLOSED We are sorry to know that your card was closed. For each member, it could be a different reason. During our routine checks, something may have come up, where the closure was found by our team or requested by our banking partner. Unfortunately due to strict AML laws we are unable to share the reasoning behind closures. Basically for members, with ongoing checks there are times where services are either suspended or terminated and due to a business decision or regulatory laws where we are licensed and in jurisdictions where we are regulated or registered in the EU / EEA we are unable to share the reasons behind any closure or suspension of services. We're sorry, but we conduct periodic reviews and for various reasons, certain cards/accounts will be closed. Our compliance team needs to make these calls.
