Important Update for Curve Users
As you are aware, we have been facing some technical issues with the acceptance of transactions via third-party platform - Curve - using the hi Debit Card.
Moving forward, in order to improve the user experience of the hi Card, we are pausing the earning of Spend Rewards and Rebates on Curve until further notice.
Members can still continue to spend online using their virtual card, to continue earning.
Moreover, we are nearing the launch of the hi Physical Debit Mastercard, and can't wait to share more with you guys. Here's a sneak preview 🔥

The hi Virtual Card will continue to earn the same level of spend rewards, and get rebates on your subscriptions when you use the hi card directly, and not a third-party app.
For users of Curve, people can continue to use it once the tech issues have been resolved - we will provide additional update about it. But effective as of Monday 22nd May 00:01am UTC - no earn spend rewards, if you use Curve. p.s. GBIT will not earn hi Cashback.
For the digital subscription "Curve", members can still get the rebate.
If you have a particular question about GBIT, please ask and we will give you an answer.
In terms of physical cards, we are in the final testing stages with a view to roll it out in the coming weeks. As the past has shown us, different events can influence so no exact ETA but this is on its way very very soon.
