🔹IBAN-deposits

We have been looking into the IBAN deposit issue in particular and have found that there have been some alerts (twice last week for example) from our banking partners where shared periodic issues they have had. 

We want to be able to provide a heads up to the community when we get these alerts so that we can manage everyone's expectations. 

We currently are expecting that things are operating properly but will advise if there is a known maintenance or other issue affecting deposit.

🔹Refunds
There is a team investigating the delayed refund issues (pre-auth refunds included) and hope to be able to reduce the timeline on this as well.

🔹Rejected transactions
The issue on rejected transactions is also being investigated. Seems an issue with the transaction “timing out.” Troubleshooting underway."
